Cape Cod Field Hockey Club is excited to offer a summer packed with different training options for players on and off Cape Cod. Whether you are looking for instructional clinics, camps, league play or small group training we have you covered.
Open to ALL players. No club affiliation required.

Summer Skills training
Our summer skills sessions are designed to keep players consistently improving their all around skills. Players will be divided into groups
by age/ability. Focus will be on establishing proper technique in all skill areas through high volume repetition in a fun, relaxed setting. Players will develop/perfect various passing techniques, shooting techniques, off-ball movement and small to mid size controlled scrimmages.
Our summer skill sessions are being offered at two locations this summer for field players and goalies – Sandwich, MA and Plymouth, MA.

Sandwich (Tuesday/Thursdays)
5:30 PM – 7:30 PM

Small Group training
For players that are looking for smaller instruction groups we will be offering instruction on technical and tactical skills for players of all ages and skill levels. Players are allowed to register for either session or both (Tuesday or Wednesday).
Select from two different days (Tuesdays or Wednesdays) and two different times (7:30 AM or 8:30 AM). Grades K-5 are in the 8:30 AM hour either Tuesday or Wednesday. Players will be grouped by age and ability.
Tuesday session (5 dates)

7:30 AM – 8:30 AM (Grades 6-12)
8:30 AM – 9:30 AM (Grades K-5) & (Grades 6-12)

Cape Cod Summer League
This summer we’re offering a 6-week summer league. League will include three divisions – College/Advanced, Varsity and Middle School held on Tuesday evenings. Players will be assigned to teams of 9 players max and play (3) 25-minute games each week (18 games total). All games are 7 v7 and umpired by collegiate referees.
Division A: includes active college players and top club players/committed college athletes from the area. This division is designed to be fast, competitive and challenging.
Later this spring we will send out a survey to all participants asking for your playing background. This will help us assign players to the right division and assemble evenly skilled, competitive teams.
Please note that the summer league will be held on WEDNESDAYS this year.
All CCFHC programs are held on turf.

Pre-season Prep Clinic
This 4-day camp is geared towards preparing the player for the upcoming fall high school season. During this camp players will place more emphasis on sharpening their individual skills along with game play and conditioning.
