Jillian Coppola
Jillian Coppola brings over 15 years of Division 1 coaching experience to Cape Cod Field Hockey Club. She served as Head Coach of the Bryant University field hockey program (D1), where she engineered a dramatic turnaround — her teams’ 13 combined wins in 2022–23 exceeded the program’s total from the previous five years. Before Bryant, Jill spent 10 seasons as an assistant coach at Brown University (D1), where she guided 28 players to All-Ivy honors and helped the Bears earn national recognition from the NFHCA for posting the country’s top team GPA four times. A native of Plymouth, Massachusetts, Jill was a four-year starting goalkeeper and two-time captain at Western New England, and she holds a Master of Education from Springfield College.
Brittany Vasconcelos
Brittany Vasconcelos brings nearly a decade of collegiate coaching experience to Cape Cod Field Hockey Club. She currently serves as Assistant Coach at Bowdoin College (D3), joining the Polar Bears after five seasons at Bryant University (D1), where she helped lead the Bulldogs to their best seasons in recent history. Before Bryant, Brittany spent two seasons on staff at Brown University (D1) was a 2013 Bryant graduate who appeared in 64 career games and earned NEC Academic Honor Roll honors all four seasons.
Emma Mawn
Emma Mawn serves as Assistant Coach for the Saint Anselm College field hockey program, where she was part of the staff that captured the 2024 NCAA Division II National Championship — the first national title in any sport in school history. The success continued in 2025, with the Hawks winning the NE10 Conference Championship and the staff earning NFHCA Division II East Region Coaching Staff of the Year honors for the second consecutive year. Before Saint Anselm, Emma was Head Coach at Nichols College, leading the Bison to their first postseason appearance since 2013. Emma was a four-year player and senior captain at Stonehill College, earning All-NE10 honors and a spot on the NFHCA Division II Senior Team.
